1. Returns

- It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Health and hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items)
5. Damaged or Defective Products

6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
